Eek, fall is here!
The leaves are changing, the weather is feeling brisk, and pumpkin-EVERYTHING is EVERYWHERE!
It’s almost hard not to love this time of year.
We’ve rounded up some of our favorite craft ideas you can do with your little one this fall. Leaves, apples, pumpkins — we’ve got it all!
Fall Leaf People
These little fall leaf people are adorable, AND only involve 3 items, AND no mess!
Did we sell you on this one, yet? (Just be sure to keep the little beady eyes away from any kiddos that are still putting things in their mouths.)
Take a walk to collect some leaves and talk about the different colors and shapes, then turn them into these fun faces.
Popsicle Stick Apples
How cute are these little popsicle stick apples?
Take a trip to the orchard to pick your own apples, then do this easy-peasy craft with your kids. You can talk about the different colors of the apples, flavors, and how the seeds inside can grow into apple trees.
Gather up some orange-colored leaves from your yard, or while on a walk, and help your toddler or preschooler add them to a sandwich-sized bag to create this mess-free leafy jack-o-lantern.
Creating this leafy jack-o-lantern is a great way to get in the spirit of heading to the pumpkin patch, carving pumpkins, and baking pumpkin seeds next month (stay tuned for our upcoming October blog post!).
